Exchange Only – No Returns
We only offer exchanges on women's clothing. Refunds are not applicable.
Exchange Timeframe
You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility Criteria

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

Try-on is allowed, but worn or damaged items will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for both way courier charges for size or style exchanges.

In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping cost.
Wrong/Damaged Item Received?
If you received a wrong or faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Late complaints will not be accepted.

Size exchange is only allowed once per order, so kindly refer to the size chart before placing your order.
